Carol Ashby
Our home is managed by Carol Ashby and supported by a team of qualified carers and professional administrative staff. Carol has many years of experience as a manager in the care sector and previously was Director of Services - management of 31 Very Sheltered Housing developments nationwide and also RI for a number of developments registered with CQC to provide on-site care/support.

Sarah Caesar
Sarah has worked in the care sector for over 20 years and is trained to NVQ Level 5. Sarah has demonstrated a keen interest in supporting those with memory loss and dementia, her caring and gentle attitude is evident in prompting Mental Health and the wellbeing of all our residents.

Lucie Wyatt
Responsible for enhancing the lives of our residents and interacting with their families. Lucie has a caring and compassionate attitude and firmly believes in maintaining the dignity and privacy of all our residents whilst ensuring people enjoy an excellent standard of personalised care.

Annie Torrepalma
Whilst Lucie is on maternity leave, Annie will be also responsible for Lucie Wyatt’s role. Annie also has a caring and compassionate attitude and also firmly believes in maintaining the dignity and privacy of all our residents whilst ensuring people enjoy an excellent standard of personalised care.

April Robinson
April is always happy to welcome visitors at reception, and works with the local community so that residents are fully involved in local life. She is also a keen photographer joining in with activities at Fairfield and taking photos to update our website and social media pages.

Paul Fenner
Paul trained to City and Guild standard at Bournemouth College; he gained his work experience in various hotels before joining the restaurant trade. He ran his own successful bistro for 5 years and only gave this up when his young family came along. Fairfield was pleased to welcome Paul as head chef in 2008, his speciality is seafood, and many relatives often visit on a Friday to enjoy Paul's freshly prepared fish and chips.
